With the deepening of economic globalization, the degree of future market development concerns one country＇s power in pricing for and in voice of world commodities, important strategic resources as well as financial products. With the reformation of laws and rules of commodities futures market, raising the credit, facilities and operation efficiency of commodities futures market,which was sponsored by Japanese government, Japanese commodities futures market gained rapid development. As the futures market of China shares some similar features in development characteristics, government regulation mechanism and investment structure with that of Japan, so it would have great significance for the development of China＇s futures market to study the successful reformation of Japan＇s futures market.
