摘要
建立了柱层析净化-气相色谱／电子捕获检测器测定网布中溴氰菊酯含量的方法。样品用丙酮萃取，再经过中性氧化铝层析柱净化后用气相色谱／电子捕获检测器测定。溴氰菊酯在0．1-20mg／L范围内线性良好，相关系数为0．9999，样品添加量为48．5-55．4mg／m^2时回收率为93．5％-103．6％，相对标准偏差小于3％，检出限为0．032mg／m^2。
A method for analysis deltamethrin in net by gas chromatography/electron capture detection was investigated in this study. Samples were extracted with acetone. The extract was purified by neutral alumina column chromatography, followed by determination with GC. Calibration curves of deltamethrin were linear between 0.1-20 mg/L, with correlation coefficients of more than 0.9999. Recoveries of deltarnethrin were in the range of 93.5-103.6% with relative standard deviations of no more than 3% in a spiked concentration range of 48.5-55.4 mg/m^2. The detection limits of this method was 0.032 mg/m^2.
