摘要
文章主要论述图书馆员形象的界定及历史沿革和现状。提出全体馆员要共同努力,改变消极形象。塑造新的积极的职业形象,促进图书馆事业健康稳步地发展。
This paper discusses the definition, status que and the course of change of the images of the historians and points out that all librarians should work jointly to change the negative images into positive ones so as to promote the healthy development of the library cause.
