摘要
针对工法科技查新过程中出现的问题,结合查新实践,提出提高工法科技查新质量的建议。
The article makes an analysis of the existing problems in the sci-tech novelty search. By combining the practical experience of sci-tech novelty retrieval practice, the author of the article proposes some suggestions to promote the quality of novelty search.
