摘要
通过对"学科馆员"这一主题相关论文的统计分析,找出目前学科馆员服务存在的问题,有针对性地提出转变观念,创新服务模式;加强实践的创新研究,减少理论性的研究;通过培训、交流等提高学科馆员的综合素质;建立合理的考评体系等建议,为我们今后的工作提供借鉴。
Through the survey and research Papers on the ＂subject librarians＂in the libraries of university to find the problems of it , this paper puts forward to strengthen the Innovation of practice but reduce the study of Theory; By training to improve subject librarians＇ Comprehensive quality; Establish Reasonable Assessment mechanism,I hope these could help for the coming job.
