新余市社区居民体育意识与体育行为的现状调查与分析

An investigation into the sports awareness and activities of community residents of Xinyu City

采用随机抽样的方法,随机抽取新余市社区居民300名对其体育健身、健身动机、体育兴趣以及参加的体育运动项目等进行了调查研究。研究表明:新余市社区居民的体育意识比较强,但体育意识与体育行为之间有差距;在项目的选择上,则反映出简单、便捷等趋势。

By adopting random sampling method, the authors selected 300 residents of the community of Xinyu City at random and in- vestigated their sports exercise, motives for body -building, interest in sports and sports events in which they took part. The research shows that the community residents of Xinyu City have strong awareness about sports, but there is difference between sports awareness and sports activity and their selection of sports events tends to be simple and convenient.
