This paper probes into the importance of the establishment of nursing skill training center within the school for the nursing specialty of high education and analyses the status quo of the building of laboratory of nursing specialty in Xinyu College, putting forward the thoughtway of building and management of nursing skill training center within the school, the building principle and the specific program for the environmental building.
