江西省高等职业教育可持续性发展策略的探讨

Probing into the sustainable development strategies of high vocational education in Jiangxi province

自1999年以来,江西高职教育得到快速发展,但在这个过程中存在一些制约高职教育可持续发展的因素。实现江西高职教育可持续发展可选择的策略是:发挥政府主导作用,优化高等职业教育发展环境;构筑高职院校规模发展的互补互动机制;创新高等业院校管理体制,提高管理效能;加大师资队伍建设,深化教学改革;大力推进工学结合、校企合作的培养模式。

Since 1999, the high vocational education has developed fast in Jiangxi. But there are some factors restraining the sustainable development of it. The sustainable development strategy of high vocational education include： giving full play to the government＇s leading function and optimizing the environment of high vocational education development; establishing the mutual complimentary and mutual action mechanism; innovating the management system of colleges and universities and improving the management efficiency; strengthening the building of teaching team and deepening the teaching reform ; pushing forward the training pattern of combining industry with teaching and colleges and universities with enterprises.
