摘要
针对复合地层中盾构机由静止到推动前进过程建立数学模型,并进行了顶推力平衡分析,得出合理推力方程。文中分析了复合地层中刀具的受压承载能力和刀盘的正面压弯承载能力,提出了为避免刀具受压破坏的总推力控制值的计算公式,对盾构施工过程中防止刀具破坏具有很好的借鉴意义。
This paper for the established mathematical model of shield machine in mixed face ground conditions by static to promote progress analyses the pushing resistence composition,get the reasonable thrust equation. Then analyses the cutter positive bearing capacity and the ability to bear,and put forward in order to avoid damage of pressure tool positive total thrust calculation formula of components.
