从投标人的角度出发,在介绍投标决策和主要投标技巧的基础上,通过案例分析进一步说明合理运用投标技巧的重要性,在投标过程中将几种投标技巧结合使用,往往既能提高中标率又可获得最大利润。
The article bases on the side of the bidder＇s angels,at first the author introduces decision-making and important skills of bid,then gives examples and pointed out the importance of making use of bid skills in reason. In the bidding process,the bidder not only increases the bid hitting but also gains the most profit by combining the several skills.
