目的阐述该院病案室适应医药卫生体制改革,做好病案管理工作。方法从三个方面探索病案管理工作。(1)建立三级质控制度;(2)加强人才培养,努力提高病案质控人员整体素质;(3)建立病案质量奖惩制度。结果病案管理做到了科学、规范、优质、高效、安全。结论优化病案管理工作能更好地适应医药卫生体制改革。

Objective： The article elaborates the work of the Medical Records Department of the author＇s hospital in improving the management of the medical records to suit the health care reform. Method： The paper discusses the management of the medical records in three aspects： 1, setting up a three - level system of quality control ; 2, attaching importance to personnel training to improve the quality of medical record workers; 3, establishing a system of rewards and penalties for the quality of medical records. Result ： A scientific, standardized, high - quality, efficient and safe administration of medical records is achieved. Conclusion ： It is imperative to optimize the administration of medical records in order to keep abreast of the reform on health and medical system.
