On Body Language

身势语作为无声语言的主体,承载着目的语文化,在人际交流中起着重要的作用,是非语言交际的一种重要手段。本文重点论述了身势语的概念、特点及其交际功能。同时,强调外语教学中身势语教学的重要性,从而提高学生跨文化交际能力。

Body language which is the main part of the non-vocal language,loaded with the culture of the target language and playing an important role in interpersonal communication, belongs to the scope of nonverbal communication. This paper mainly expounds body language’s conception,characteristics and its communicative funcitions . In addition, we emphasize its significance in foreign language teaching. In this way, students will raise the capacity of intercultural communication in different cultures.
