摘要
目的:探讨Twist基因在不同肿瘤细胞系中的表达水平。方法:运用RT-PCR方法检测Twist在人类乳腺癌、结肠癌、肾癌、胃癌、肝癌、正常肝细胞等6种细胞系中mRNA水平上的表达。结果:正常肝细胞系中Twist的相对表达量最低,在不同癌细胞系中,结肠癌的相对表达量最高,肝癌最低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Twist在不同肿瘤细胞系中的表达差异性可能为肿瘤发生发展的研究以及肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断提供一定线索。
Objective:To investigate the expression levels of Twist mRNA in different tumor cell lines.Methods:The mRNA expression of Twist in 6 human cell lines was examined using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results:Except the normal liver cells,the expression of Twist gene was the lowest in hepatoma cell line HepG2,while in colon cancer cells,it was significantly higher than in any other tumor cell lines (P0.05).Conclusions:The Results that which the expression of Twist mRNA was different in different tumor cell lines may provide some clues for tumorigenesis,tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
