摘要
目的:观察兔在缺血再灌注时,其肾主动脉血流动力学变化特点。方法:运用频谱多普勒超声测定12只成年日本大白兔肾缺血再灌注前、及再灌注后2h、8h、24h肾主动脉收缩期峰值流度(Vmax)、舒张末期流度(Vd)、时间平均血流速度(TAMAX)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。结果:与缺血再灌注前比较,兔肾主动脉血流动力学在缺血再灌注2h、8h无明显变化,再灌注24h肾主动脉Vmax升高、PI和RI增大(P<0.05),而Vd及TAMAX无明显变化。结论:频谱多普勒超声动态监测兔肾缺血再灌注时,其肾主动脉血流动力学在再灌注24h时方有明显变化。
Objective:To observe the characteristics of master renal artery (MRA) hemodynamic changes in renal ischemia-reperfusion of rabbits.Methods:The spectral Doppler was performed to measure the peak-systolic velocity(Vmax)、end-diastolic velocity(Vd)、time average velocity(TAMAX)、pulsatility index(PI)、 resistance index (RI) of master renal artery on 12 adult Japanese white rabbits with that renal ischemia-reperfusion,before and after 2h、8h、24h after reperfusion.Results:Compared with that before the renal ischemia-reperfusion,2h and 8h after reperfusion the artery hemodynamics had no significant changes,24h after reperfusion the Vmax、PI and RI significantly increased,while the Vd and TAMAX had no significant changes.Conclusion:Using spectral Doppler to monitor renal ischemia-reperfusion of rabbits,there are significant changs in master renal artery hemodynamics after 24h reperfusion.
