摘要
团体辅导训练所营造的团体氛围以及对成员的训练形式对高职学生的心理发展有着特殊的影响力,主要有重建认知体系、进行自我探索、培养社交能力。
Through team training on boarding students in vocational colleges,the author of this paper has found it has effect on their capacity of reconstruction of cognition, self-probing and sociability.
