摘要 目的探讨全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法清洁级雌性昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为溶剂对照组及低、中、高染毒组,每组10只,4组的PFOS灌胃剂量分别为0、5、10、20 mg/kg体重,灌胃体积为0.1 mL/10g体重,每周灌胃5天,每天一次,30天后测定脏器系数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、抗体形成细胞数、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性。结果与对照组比较,PFOS中、高剂量染毒组小鼠脾脏系数、胸腺系数、小鼠抗体生成细胞数、淋巴细胞转化能力、NK细胞活性降低(P<0.05);PFOS高剂量染毒组小鼠单核巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均低于对照组P<0.05)。结论PFOS对小鼠的免疫功能有一定程度的抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) on immunity in mice. Method 40 female Kunming mice were equally divided into 4 groups randomly.Each group were respectively exposed to 0,5,10 and 20 mg/kg PFOS(control,low,middle,high dose group) and the volumes were 0.1ml/10g PFOS by weight once a day and five days a week for 30 days.They were used to observe spleen index,phagocyte function,the number of antibody forming cells,T-lymphocyte proliferation response and the activity of natural-killer cells(NK). Results In middle and high dose group,weight coefficient of the spleen,thymus weight coefficient,the number of antibody-producing cells,the capacity of lymphocyte transformation,and the activity of NK cell were significantly lower than the control group.(P〈0.05);In high dose group,the phagocytic percentage and index were also lower than that in control. Conclusion PFOS can restrain the immune function in mice.
