光动力学疗法联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗青少年病理性近视

The Clinical Effect of Photodynamic Therapy Combined With Surgery in Young Patients With Pathological Myopia

目的评价光动力学疗法联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）治疗青少年病理性近视的临床效果。方法回顾分析本院2003年3月～2008年12月治疗的24例青少年病理性近视临床资料，分为手术组（LASIK手术）12例24眼和联合组（光动力学疗法＋LASIK手术）12例24眼。治疗后1、3、6个月进行随访。记录术后最佳矫正视力以及术后并发症。结果治疗1、3、6个月后，最佳矫正视力与治疗前比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；组间两两比较，联合组术后视力优秀率大于手术组（P〈0．05）。两组术后并发症差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论光动力学疗法联合LASIK手术治疗青少年病理性近视安全、有效、稳定性好，值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with LASIK surgery in young patients with pathological myopia. Methods 24 cases with pathologic myopia in our hospital from March 2003 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into surgery group （LASIK surgery）12 cases with 24 eyes and joint group（ photodynamic therapy ＋ LASIK surgery） 12 cases with 24 eyes. We recorded the best corrected visual acuity and complications postoperation in the following 1,3,6 months. Results After treatment 1,3,6 months, the BCVA was statistically improved （P 〈 0.05 ） ; combined group was greater than the surgical group in outstanding rates; and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） between two groups in post - operative complications （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy combined with LASIK surgery was safe, effective, stable, and worth promoting, especially in young patients with pathological myopia.
