摘要
目的:改进呋哺唑酮及片剂的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在367nm的波长处进行测定,以对照品法计算呋喃唑酮及其片剂的含量。结果:呋喃唑酮在1.6~16μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,A=7.53×10^-2 C+2.2×10^-3,r=0.9999(n=5);片剂的平均回收率(n=9)为100.9%。结论:本方法更准确,可作为呋喃唑酮及其片剂的质量控制方法。
Objective :To improve the method for content determination of furazolidone and furazolidone tablets. Methods:The content is determined by UV spectrophotometic method with detection wavelength of 367 nm. Results : The linear range of furazolidone was 1.6 - 16 μg/ml,A = 7.53 × 10^-2 C + 2. 2 × 10^-3, r = 0. 999 9 ( n = 5 ) ;The average recovery ( n = 9 ) was 100.9%. Conclusion:This method is accurate and can be applied to determine the content of furazolidone and furazolidone tablets.
