摘要
随着高脂血症发病率的上升,他汀类药物已经广泛应用于临床工作中,但是对于他汀类药物不良反应争议也越发激烈。关于他汀类药物的不良反应报告正在呈上升趋势,现将他汀类不良反应及副作用的报告综述如下,希望对今后临床合理应用降脂药物起到提示作用。
With the increase of the incidence of hyperlipidemia, statins have been widely used in clinical practice. However, the dispute on the adverse effects of statins is becoming more and more drastic. The number of the reports about the adverse drug reactions of statins is going up. In this paper, we have reviewed the adverse drug reactions and the side effects of statins, hoping this will hereafter play a role for rational clinical utilization of statins.
