摘要
建立了FAAS法连续测定镍氢蓄电池材料用铂黑中微量Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn和Zn的方法,试验了检出限、燃烧器高度、灯电流、光谱通带宽、共存离子干扰现象、酸性介质等条件。方法灵敏度高、重现性好、干扰小、步骤简单,操作容易掌握。测定cu、Fe、Mg、Mn和zn的质量分数的相对标准偏差均小于1.0%。标准加入回收率均在97.0%~102.O%,结果与认定值相符。方法适用于铂黑的生产现场控制分析和样品系统分析。
In present paper, FAAS was used to go on the continuosly determination of the trace copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc in hydrogen nickel powder. The optimum measuring control of the trace elements was introduced to present a fine liner range. Some conditions, such as the resonance thread, and ion interference appearance coexisting etc, were tested in order to make a synthetic consideration to interference factors. The method has the advantages of less interference and good in selectivity and reappearance. The deviation RSD 〈 1.0% comparing to standard value. The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0% - 102.0%. The practice shows that the determination achieves the laboratory instrument analyses quality and the requirement qualifying control.
