摘要
首先采用化学氧化法在块体Ti表面制备出多孔纳米TiO2,随后通过离子溅射在TiO2表面沉积纳米Ag。采用电子探针(EPMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对TiO2在退火处理中的结构演变和晶化行为进行了研究。同时,研究了纳米Ag对TiO2的形貌、晶粒生长和相变的影响。
In the present work, porous titania was prepared firstly on bulk Ti by chemical oxidation, and then nanocrystalline Ag was deposited in titania surface by ion beam sputtering. The structural evaluation and crystallization behaviors of titania with annealing treatment were followed by scanning electron micros- copy(SEM), X- ray diffraction(XRD), and electron probe micro- analyzer (EPMA). And the influ- ence of Ag on the morphologies, grain growth, and the phase transformation of titania were also studied extensively.
