摘要
针对目前印制板行业钻孔垫板中使用的桐油改性酚醛树脂废水问题,提出新工艺及配方,有效地处理了废水问题,大量降低了含酚废水的处理成本和工序,对于高档垫板生产企业的成本和竞争力有重要意义。
A new recipe and new process to make phenol resin which is modified by Tung oil is described in this paper, as phenol resin modified by Tung oil is widely used in backup board wherein PCB punching process. This paper tells the technique of low-cost disposal method for phenol-contained waste water, which will help high- quality backup board manufacturer more economical and competitive.
