摘要
胜利海上油田注水水源分别是过滤海水和地层污水。采用过滤海水作为注入水,注水管柱腐蚀严重,并且目前注水水源已不能满足海上高速开发的需要。目前在馆下段投产一个水源井组,馆下段地层水与馆上段地层配伍性好,是有利的注入水源。海上水源井通过采取178枪178弹负压射孔,减少射孔器在套管中的偏心影响和射孔残渣对孔道的伤害,尖端脱砂压裂技术改造高渗层,引进雷达公司大排量电泵采水,并采用地面变频控制生产。水源井完井施工顺利,投产后有效缓解了海上注水水源的不足。该完井技术的推广和完善,必将进一步加快胜利海上的开发进程。
Filtering sea water and formation water have been using as the resources of offshore injectionin Shengli oilfield. Injection strings were corrupted severely while filtering sea water was selected as injection water resource. However, the sea water resource was not satisfied for the need of development of offshore oilfield. A new water resource well array was put into injection in the formation of Guanxia member from which formation water is better compatibility with the formation of Guanshang member and is a suitable resource. Underbalanced perforating with 178 gun and 178 charge used in water--resource off- shore wells is to decrease perforator's eccentric effect in the center of casing pipe and reduce channel dam- age of perforating oddment. Also TSO Fracturing technology was used to stimulate high--perm formation, high duty electric pump introduced from Radar Co. to produce water, and surface frequency conversion used to control oil production. Water--resource wells completion treatments were accomplished successfully and relieved shortage of water resource effectively. To generalize and improve the well completion technology is to increase further the development progress of Shengli offshore oilfield.
