摘要
从基于性能的抗震设计理念出发,给出了桥梁结构的性能目标及各性能水准下的桥墩地震破损描述,明确并量化了桥墩的抗震性能目标及验算内容.给出了小震不坏及可控制中震损伤的验算方法,指出了大震时最大位移验算的不足,提出了桥墩大震时的验算指标应能同时考虑最大位移与累积损伤影响.引入滞回耗能标识累积损伤,采用能力谱法分析,给出地震损伤指数的计算与验算.最后通过算例详细介绍了基于性能的抗震设计方法与过程.
Performance objective and content of resistance verification of RC bridge pier are embodied and quantified based on the theory of performance-based seismic design. The resistance verification is proposed, which can limit the damage under design earthquake and ensure safety of the pier under low-level earthquake. The shortcoming of maximum displacement verification in current code is pointed out. It is presented that the target for verification should consider not only the displacement but also accumulated damage. The hysteretic energy is used to index the accumulated damage. The capacity spectra method is adopted to seismic analysis during the design. The method for evaluating damage of RC bridge pier in high-level earthquake is given by using maximum displacement and hysteretic energy. The procedure of design is validated by using an example.
