卫星地球站监控系统的主要任务是对卫星通信站设备进行监视和控制管理。随着计算机技术、网络技术和远程控制技术的发展，卫星通信地球站向一体化发展，它同时担负着卫星数据传输和卫星站管理监控的双重任务，尤其是对远端站的管理监控。本文总结了以往卫星地面站监控系统优缺点，详细分析了卫星通信地球站集中监控管理系统的工作原理，提出了一套完整的同时针对地球主站和远端站集中监控管理的规划设计和工作流程，并给出了使用效果，旨在为卫星地面站的监控设计和实现提供借鉴思路。

The main task of Monitor＆Control system of satellite earth station is for monitoring and control management of equipments. With the technology development of computer, network and remote control, it is a trend for integrating the satellite communication earth station with M＆C system , which can carry out both tasks of satellite data transmission and integrated M＆C of earth station, especially for M＆C of satellite remote earth stations. This article summarizes the characteristics of M＆C system of satellite earth station before, analy- ses the working principle of integrated M＆C system of satellite earth station in details, provides a layout design and working stream of integrated the working effect, aiming at as M＆C system for both HUB earth station and remote earth station and displays a reference of designing and realizing a M＆C system of satellite earth station.
