摘要
列车折角塞门非正常关闭引发了多起行车事故,严重影响铁路运输安全,为此研制了一种列车管贯通判断控制装置。提出了一种基于机车制动和缓解过程的折角塞门关闭判定新方法,建立了基于缓解过程和制动过程的数学模型以检测列车管折角塞门状态。给出了整个装置的硬件和软件系统结构,分析了相应模块的功能。此装置实现了列车折角塞门被非正常关闭的预警及自动处置,有效的防止了因折角塞门被非正常关闭引发的恶性行车事故。
Some railway accidents are caused by the abnormal close of angle cock,which could affect the safety of railway transportation serionsly.Therefore,a new kind of breakthrongh status detection and control device fortrain pipe was developed.This paper proposes a new detection method of close status of angle cock which is based on the process of locomotive brake release,and gives the mathematical model for status detection of angle cock.It also presents the hardware and software architecture of the control device,and anlyzes the functions of every modules.This control device can realize the early warning and automatic handling when the angle cock is abnormal close,which can avoid the traffic accidents effectively.
