金边瑞香插穗形态、POD与可溶性蛋白含量变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 分析金边瑞香扦插生根过程中插穗形态变化、POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量的变化规律与生根的关系,为其生产和生根机理研究提供理论依据。结果表明,600 mg.L-1的NAA溶液能有效抑制金边瑞香插穗基部变褐和腐烂,促进愈伤和生根的发生,最高生根率达86.8%,生根率与皮层开裂呈正相关。生根过程中,插穗体内POD活性总体呈"升高-降低-升高"趋势,最高峰值较CK提早了8 d,与愈伤高峰出现一致;可溶性蛋白总体呈"降低-升高"趋势,各处理下降的速度较CK要快。 The relationship of Daphne odora var. marginata Mak among morphology, POD activity, soluble proteins and cuttings rooting were analyzed in order to provide a theoretical basis for production and rooting mechanism. The results showed that 600 mg ·L^-1 of NAA solution could effectively inhibit Daphne odora var. marginata cuttings browning and decay, and promote callus and rooting. The rooting rate was more than 86.8%. There was positively relationship between rooting rate and cortex cracking. During the rooting process, POD activity was "higher-lower-higher". Peak of POD activity was eight days ahead of CK, which was consistent with callus peak. Soluble protein was the trend of" lower-higher" and the decline speed of each treatment was faster than one of CK.
