A review of the recent study progresses in anticancer activity of flavonoids

摘要 天然食物中的生物活性物质在人类疾病的预防和治疗中发挥重要作用,其中类黄酮化合物的抗癌活性受到不同领域科学家的广泛关注。通过归纳总结近年来有关类黄酮化合物在流行病学、分子机制以及构效关系等方面的研究进展,评述此类化合物的抗癌活性。 Bioactive ingredients in natural foods play an important role in prevention and treatment of human diseases. The anticancer activity of fiavonoids, a class of polyphenols, has attracted much attention of scientists in different research fields. In this paper, we reviewed recent progresses in epidemiological, molecular mechanism and structure-activity relationship studies on anticancer activity of flavonoids.
