水环泵在空冷机组真空系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 空冷机组采用与湿冷机组相同的配置方案时会造成水环泵耗电量高、噪音超标、汽蚀损坏,甚至可能影响电厂的正常运行,为此,提出通过合理配置水环泵的总数量和运行数量,采取变频调速来调节水环泵的性能,在空冷机组水环泵的入口加装大气喷射器,合理控制真空系统的严密性等措施,以使水环泵的抽气性能更好地符合系统的要求,并高效可靠地运行。 Using the same configuration plan of water ring pump in air cooling unit as the one in wet cooling unit may cause high power consumption, excessive noise, cavitation damage or even impact the normal operation of power plant. It is proposed that measures including reasonably allocating the total quantity and operation quantity of water ring pumps, adjusting pump performance through variable frequency speed control, installing atmosphere air ejector at pump inlet and well controlling the vacuum system tightness should be adopted to make the exhaust performance of water ring pump better meet the system requirement and operate with high efficiency and reliability.
