钙硅比对溶液法制备的水化硅酸钙形貌影响 被引量:11

摘要 水化硅酸钙(C—S—H)是水泥最主要的水化产物之一,它对现代混凝土的各种使役性能有重要影响。该文以硝酸钙(Ca(NO3)2.4H2O)和硅酸钠(Na2SiO3.9H2O)及去离子水为原料,在60℃温度下采用溶液反应合成方法制备出了反应龄期为7 d,初始钙硅比分别为1.0、1.3、1.5、1.7的C—S—H。利用SEM对制备出的C—S—H进行了形貌测试。结果表明随着初始钙硅比从小到大的变化,C—S—H微观形貌从开始的片状结构到针棒状结构逐渐过渡。 Calcium-silicate-hydrates (C--S--H) are one of the main hydration products and are of great importance to the properties d concrete. C--S--H with initial C/S ratios of 1.0, 1.3, 1.5 and 1.7 were synthesized by the solution reaction of calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2·4H2O), Sodium nitrate (Na2SiO3·9H2O) and deionized water at the temperature of 60 12. Morphology of synthesized C--S--H samples were investigated by SEM technique. Results indicate that morphology of C--S--H samples varied from flake-like shapes to honey-combed shapes as C/S ratio increased.
