有效的控制工程造价,使有限的资金创造出更多、更大的投资效益,这对于控制国家基建投资,提高企业经济效益有着极其重要的意义。文章分析了控制工程造价应采用的方法与措施,加强项目实施中的管理,节省工程投资,使投资获得最大经济效益和社会效益。
Effective control of project cost to make more benefits with limited investment funds, which means a lot for the control of the government investment on infrastructure construction, as well as the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises. This article demonstrates the ways and measures that shall be taken to control project cost to strengthen project implementation management, save project investment, so as to achieve the maximum economic and social benefits.
