摘要
文章分析了林权管理的现状和需求,设计并实现了以.NET为开发平台,ArcGIS Engine为开发组件,ArcSDE为空间数据引擎,SQL Server 2000为后台数据库的林权管理地理信息系统,为各级林业主管部门管理林权提供具体的操作平台。
In this paper, according to the current situation and demand of the forest right management, the Forest Right Management GIS was developed to supply an operation platform for various level forestry responsible government departments to manage forest right information. The system framework was based on integrated platform which using . NET as development environment, ArcSDE as spatial data engine, SQL Server 2000 as background database server.
