摘要
论述了企业资源计划(ERP)系统的概念和电力铁塔行业实施ERP的必要性。指出了企业实施ERP的几个前提条件:企业局域网建设、企业流程的理解、简化和自动化,并对领导层的支持、员工的参与以及外聘专家的作用等几个重要因素进行分析。
An introduction was made on the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning （ERP） and the necessity of implementing ERP in power tower industry. The preconditions for implementing ERP are presented such as LAN construction in enterprise; understanding, simplifying and automation of work flow. The author also analyzed several key issues including support from leaders, active participation of the staffs and the function of invited experts.
