对横县农村水利工作的认识与建议

Introduction and suggestions for rural water conservancy work of Hengxian County

简要介绍了横县水利工程的现状及存在的问题,提出了加大水利工程维修的投入,尤其是农村小型水利工程的修复,恢复灌溉效益,进一步健全水利管理机构,关心基层水利职工队伍的建设等建议。

Based on a brief introduction of the current status and problem of the water conservancy works in Hengxian County, the author suggested to increase investment for repairing the water works, especially those small-scale rural works to restore irrigation benefits; further perfect the water conservancy administration departments; and pay more attention to the staff of water conservancy industry.
