Thinking on the Promotion of Ruling Capability of Ningxia's Government Organs

宁夏政府机关效能建设虽然取得了显著的成效,但是与全面落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的要求,还有一些不相适应的方面。因此,必须不断开拓创新,从领导带头入手,以制度健全、人员的素质提高为抓手,提高宁夏政府机关执行力。

Although the efficiency construction of Ningxia＇ s government organs makes great achievements, there have some aspects not meeting with the requirement of both overall implementation of scientific development view and the construction of harmonious society. Thus, the promotion of ruling capacity of Ningxia＇ s government organs will rely on continuous innovation, leading role of leadership, perfect institution and high quality of personnel.
