摘要
对比研究国外石墨IG-11、NBG-18和国产石墨HSM-SC的各向同性度、气孔直径、气孔形貌和微晶状态,探讨其结构差异.研究发现,国外石墨在各向同性度的控制上优于国产石墨;采用细颗粒配料方式下焦颗粒平均直径对石墨内部气孔直径的大小影响较大;在相同工艺条件下,采用细颗粒配料方式的石墨力学性能更好;细颗粒各向同性石墨质量与改进混捏均匀性有重要联系;利用X射线衍射谱中石墨(002)衍射峰的半高宽可以定性评价石墨化程度.探讨了国外各向同性石墨制备工艺中值得借鉴的地方.
The isotropy ratio, porosity, condition of pore and apparent crystallite size for some selected isotropic graphite grades including IG-11, NBG-18, HSM-SC were discussed. The method of producing isotropic graphite, according to difference of microstructure of graphites above, was also discussed. The results show that IG-11 and NBG-18 are better than HSM-SC in isotropy ratio control. It is found that the pore diameter is essentially related to grain size in the processing of a fine grain graphite. Graphite made from the small grain size shows better properties. The mixing techniques of small grain are related to the quality of a fine grain graphite. A comparison of degree of graphitization was established by X-ray diffraction method using half-width of graphite (002) peak.
