纤维喉镜下息肉小结摘除术289例临床分析

目的探讨局麻下电子纤维喉镜下息肉钳治疗声带息肉、声带小结的方法 ,术后保养以及不成功病例分析。方法对289例声带息肉、声带小结患者采用纤维喉镜监视器下声带息肉钳摘除小结及息肉。结果疗效满意者有282例,占总比例的97.6%,疗效欠佳者有7例,占总比例的2.4%。结论术后的护理及保养是提高手术成功率的重要环节,与手术同等重要,手术只是完成了整个治疗过程的一半,而术后的护理,保养和用声训练是一个复杂和艰巨的过程。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and the importance of postoperative care of electronic laryngoscope for the treatment of vocal nodule and polyp under local anesthesia. Methods 289 patients with vocal nodule and polyp were operated through electronic laryngoscope. Results We found 282 patients were cured, the ratio was 97.6% ; 7 patients who accounted 2. 4% of all hadn＇t obvious recovery. Conclusion Postoperative care which has the same importance of operation could elevate the cure rate. Operation was the half of the whole treatment. It was a complicate and difficult process that the patients should get good care and vocalization traing after the operation.
