摘要
本试验以盆栽健壮的镜面草为试材,采用水培法经不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)处理,进行诱导水生根系试验,然后用诱导的水生根系材料进行营养液培养。结果表明:当NAA浓度为100 mg/kg时,对镜面草水生根系的诱导效果最好,驯化的水生根系数量多、粗壮,且生根时间最早;1/2日本园式配方营养液最适合镜面草的生长,其植株长势最好、叶片浓绿、且新叶数量最高。
In this paper,Pilea peperomioides was used as the main test material to study the technology of hydroponic culture.The different concentrations of 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA) treatment were adopted to induce aquatic root system.After the water-cultivated-root grown,different nutrient solutions were used to culture the plantlet of Pilea peperomioides in order to find suitable nutrient solutions.The results showed that the best concentration of NAA was 100 mg/kg for induction of root and the half of Japanese garden nutrient solution was suitable to promoting Pilea peperomioides growth and development.
