摘要
对三峡大学校园内以及高坝洲、水布垭大坝几处人工修复坡地不同肥力水平的97个土样,结合凯氏自动定氮仪的优点,分别采用常规分析(扩散法)与速测法(直接蒸馏法)对各土样速效氮进行测定,以探索速测与常规分析法测定值间的相关性.通过回归分析对数据的处理和统计,表明两种方法测定值间相关性极显著,并建立了它们之间的线性转换模式;同时对常规分析值和转换值进行了t检验,结果表明两者之间差异不显著(P<0.05),因此利用凯氏自动定氮仪加碱直接蒸馏法代替扩散法测定速效氮是可行的.
The 97 soil samples with different fertilities are obtained from several artificial restored slopes in the campus of China Three Gorges University,Gaobazhou and Shuibuya projects.With the advantages of Kjeldahl nitrogen automatic determination instrument,the available N in the soil samples are measured with the conventional(diffusion process) and the quick estimation methods(direct distillation) respectively in order to find out the relation between the measurement values.By the regression analysis of data processing and statistics,the result shows that there exists significantly correlation between them.As a result,the linear conversion patterns between them are established.At the same time,the t value was tested between the value of conventional analysis and the conversion value,the result shows that there is no significant difference between them(P〈0.05).It is therefore feasible to replace the diffusion process with the direct distillation by Kjeldahl nitrogen automatic determination instrument in the measuration of the soil available nitrogen content.
