摘要
分析芷江县生态公益林建设的现状与问题,提出建立生态公益林的政策保障体系、完善经营措施、完善补偿机制、提高全民积极参与公益林建设和国家经营公益林等的建议。
In this paper, we analyzed the status quo and problems of ecological forest construction in Zhijiang County, then proposed to establish policy guarantee system of ecological forest, improve management practices and compensation mechanisms, enhance the peoplels active participation in construction and management of ecological forest.
