摘要
学校体育资源的社会共享是中国体育发展的重要命题,基于对高校体育资源与多种共享模式的分析,文中构想了高校体育俱乐部运营模式,并对组织机构的设置、人员的配备、各职能部门的职责等进行了比较详细的论述,同时也对运作中要注意的学校体育文化与社会体育文化的融合问题、环保问题以及学校体育教学与俱乐部的关系开展了相关的论述。
School sports resources for the social sharing is important to China＇s sports development,based on the analysis of college sports resources and sharing models,this paper conceived the idea of college sports clubs operating mode,to conduct a more detailed exposition about the organizational setting,staffing,the the responsibilities of functional departments,and also should pay attention to the operation of the school sports culture and social sports cultural activities,environmental issues,and the relationship between teaching and fitness clubs.
