摘要 首先分析了疏浚工程中原位土的孔隙率对计量产量的影响,给出了原位土孔隙率与密度、密度与体积浓度的关系,结合具体算例,分析了原位土的粒径与当量排距对泥泵产量与运行状况的影响,归纳了输送典型土质的运行特性。结果表明,原位土的孔隙率与密度对计量产量影响巨大,分析与结论可定性了解泥泵运行特性,并供相关疏浚作业参考。 This paper analyses the influence of seabed mud's pore ratio to product in dredge industry. It gives the relationship between pore ratio and density, density and volume concentration. Combined with practical examples, it analyses the influences of grain diameter of in-situ soil and equal ejecting length upon production and operation of dredge pump, and concludes the running character and status during transporting typical soil. The results show that the mud pore ratio and density affects measuring output hugely. The analysis and results can qualitatively help find out the operating characteristics of dredge pump and provide references to similar dredging works.
