摘要 客专及高速铁路箱梁预制场具有建设标准高、技术难度大、投入高、建厂工期紧等特点。结合京津、武广、京沪、哈大等线部分梁场现象,分别从投资、适用范围及制梁施工组织方面阐述梁场选址及规划,并提出相应建议。选址及规划问题是建设一个投资节约、规划合理的高标准梁场的先决条件,并对后续的制梁施工组织及施工效率产生影响。 A box girder precast basin of Passenger Special line and high-speed line is of extreme characteristics: high construction standards, difficult technologies, expensive inputs, a short duration and so on. Based on situation arising from some major lines such as Jing-Jin, Wu-Guang, Jing-Hu and Ha-Da, this paper describes the site selection and planning from some aspects such as investment, applicable scope, and construction organization for precasting girders, and then makes a recommendation accordingly. Site selection and planning is a precondition for a high-standard box girder invested economically and planned reasonably, thus influencing the follow-up girder-making organization and the construction efficiency.
