摘要 针对钢混结合段内部构造复杂、带剪力键的钢隔室较多、钢筋密集等特点,要求混凝土具备良好的自密实和低收缩性能。文章采用高效聚羧酸减水剂、优质Ⅰ级粉煤灰、膨胀剂、聚丙烯纤维配制流动性好、收缩小的钢混结合段混凝土,并采取J环试验评价混凝土的工作性能。现场模型试验表明,钢混结合段混凝土浇筑情况良好。 Based on the peculiarities of complex internal structure of steel-concrete joint section, various steel compartments with PBL tendon and dense rebar, the concrete should have excellent workability and low shrinkage. In this article, superplasticizer, quality fly ash, expansive agent and polypropylene fiber are adopted to prepare that concrete which has good flow and low shrinkage. Moreover, J-ring test is employed to evaluate the workability of fresh concrete. The concrete placement of mock-up in-situ indicated that the concrete is satisfactory.
