围堤工程大型充砂袋高效施工技术

High Efficiency Construction Technology of Large-size Sand-filled Bags in Closing Levee Project

在围海造陆工程中,围堤技术是关键,其中采用大型充砂袋围堤最为复杂。能否在有限工期内高效完成围堤对工程有重要影响。针对工期紧、质量要求高、吹砂船舶有限、吹填区土质差等情况,采用了布置临时砂库、准确计算加载间隙期、加快充填砂固结等一系列措施,成功克服了困难,有效地节省了工期,取得了一些经验。

In reclamation projects, closing levee technology is the key problems, and the method of large-size sand-filled bags is most complicated. Whether the closing levee can be completed in short time and with high efficiency is crucial to the project. In this project aiming at the condition of tight schedule, high quality requirements, less sand-filling ship, poor soil quality in dredger rill area, effective measures have been taken, such as, laying out temporary sand storage, calculating loading dormant period, accelerating consolidation of filling sands, thus successfully overcoming the difficulties, effectively saving the construction period and gaining some experiences.
