摘要
毫米波宽带倍频器是毫米波频率合成的关键器件之一。简要总结了倍频电路的基本原理,并以此为基础,从理论分析、毫米波Balun电桥等关键电路的设计及工艺实现上介绍了一种毫米波四倍频器的设计过程。经过实际测试,该毫米波四倍频器输出频率为33-50 GHz,输出功率大于10 dBm,谐波抑制大于20 dBc,各项指标完全达到国外同类产品水平。
Millimeter-wave broadband frequency multipliers play an important role in the millimeter-wave frequency synthesizers.The basic principle of frequency multipliers and design process is briefly summarized,including theoretical analysis,critical circuits design such as millimeter-wave Balun bridge and process implementation.According to the test results,a signal of 33~50 GHz is achieved,whose output power is greater than 10 dBm and harmonic suppression is greater than 20 dBc.Its all index fully meet the level of foreign products.
