摘要
针对混凝土施工过程中温度检测的需要,设计一种无线温度监测系统。该系统基于STC89C52微控制器,采用K型热电偶配接热电偶转换器采集温度,并以nRF905实现温度数据无线收发。系统在混凝土浇筑过程中定时自动多点温度采集,温度数据无线传输,自动记录测量点温度及测量时间。
According to the need of temperature detection during concrete construction,a wireless temperature measuring system based on MCU STC89C52 is proposed.It uses K-type thermocouple that matches the thermocouple converter to measure temperature,and realizes wireless data receiving and sending by nRF905.It automatically measures multi-point temperature at fixed time intervals during concrete construction,achieves wireless transmission of temperature data,and records the temperature and measuring time of the measuring points.
