摘要 大学扩招后,由"精英教育"向"大众教育"转变,学生多,教师少,教学任务繁重的问题相当突出。实践证明,师范院校音乐系声乐课采取集体课、小组课和个别课的"三结合"教学模式是解决这个问题行之有效的好办法。"三结合"教学模式弥补了"一对一"教学模式的不足,使普及性教学与个性化教学有机结合,体现了教学形式的多样性、群体性,又体现了教学形式的层次性、个别性,使教学效率明显提高。 Chinese universities enlarged the scale of student recruitment several years ago. Since then, university education began to shift from "elite education" to "public education" gradually. The number of students is increasing and teachers have to face an even tougher task of teaching. Practice shows that the model of combining collective vocal class, group class and individual class is an effective way for the Music Department of Normal College to take to solve this problem. This "3-combination teaching model" makes up for the deficiencies of "one by one" model. It's an organic combination of ' popular teaching' and ' individualized teaching'. And it covers not just the diversity, collectivity of teaching methods but also different hierarchies and individualization, which results in a significant efficiency improvement in the teaching.
