On Strategies for the Development of Intellectual Properties in Guangdong's Economic Transformation

当前广东的知识产权发展中存在发明专利数量少且效率低,创意产业实力不强等问题,这些问题不仅制约广东经济发展,而且成为广东经济转型的障碍。为此,要从广东经济转型的实际出发,思考知识产权发展的整体战略,既要防止知识产权滥用以保护公共利益,又要从完善知识产权地方立法、采取行政保护措施等方面发挥知识产权制度的巨大作用。

In the current development of intellectual properties in Guangdong, the existence of such problems as inadequacy of invention pat- ents, low efficiency, and lack of leading creative industries may become a constraint for Guangdong＇ s economic development, as well as an obstacle in its economic transformation. Therefore, overall strategies for the development of intellectual properties, which can not only protect the public interest by preventing the abuse of intellectual properties, but also stimulate the measureless positive effect of the intellectual property system by improving local legislation and taking administrative protective measures relating to the intellectual properties.
