College instructors are playing an important role in higher education.At present,the role of the college instructors is not very clear.It is necessary to explain,starting from the role theory of sociology,what kind of role training and role building the college instructors should take,and what relationship between the role training and role building of college instructors should be.Thus the quality of college instructors can be improved and a better team of college instructors be built.
